Matrix Node / Urethane Casting

Urethane Casting.

The bridge between 3D printing and injection molding. Achieve production-quality plastic parts for low-volume runs (10-100+ units) with high-fidelity surface finishes.

Bridge to Production

Urethane casting is the ideal solution for high-quality functional prototypes or short-run production. By using a 3D-printed master pattern to create a silicone mold, we deliver parts with molded-in color and texture that mimic final injection-molded products.

This process eliminates the high cost and long lead times of hard tooling while maintaining engineering-grade mechanical properties.

Molded-In Color

Match specific Pantone/RAL colors without secondary painting.

Rapid Tooling

Silicone molds created in 3-5 days for quick turnaround.

Material Hardness

Choose from rigid to flexible (Shore A to Shore D).

Large Part Capacity

Economical for large enclosures and structural panels.
